Hash browns, hash browns, hash browns….

Not all hash browns are bad for you. With all the grease in some of them, most people believe they are really bad for you. I have read that this is a common misconception. Hash brown lovers can still remain healthy. I found a fun and healthy hash brown breakfast sandwich recipe on a website called MedicineNet.com that I’m sure any hash brown fanatic would love. It only takes 10 minutes from start to finish. This recipe only provides one serving so be sure that if you are having company for breakfast, to plan accordingly when getting your ingredients.
