Water….

Can drinking a lot of water throughout the day really help you lose weight? This is a question that is often asked by athletes or those seeking to become healthier. I wanted to find the answer to this question and share my results through blog. When asking ask.com, I found that water can be a great weight loss tool, but apparently not the way many people would think. Water is a great substitute for any other drink because it is calorie free and it fills you up, there are no negative side effects. Replacing only one soda a day with water can save over 100 calories. Also, these other, calorie filled drinks can make you feel dehydrated, which can lead your body to thinking it is hungry. Water is a good way to fill your body up and avoid eating or drinking bad things. If you are craving a snack, drink a full glass of water, wait a few minutes and then see if you are still craving something. You may be surprised by the amount of calories you are able to avoid if you add water into your daily diet.
